Terms and Conditions – Velvet Apps Platform Rules

These terms and conditions govern your use of the velvet apps platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on velvet apps, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before you start playing.

One Account Per Person

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one velvet apps account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Velvet apps applies a strict same-source withdrawal policy. Your withdrawal will be sent to the same bKash or Nagad number you used to make your deposit. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on velvet apps are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to check your bet details — including stake amount and game selection — before confirming.

Velvet apps reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error or any other system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. Velvet apps will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's decision to continue playing during a known technical issue.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game. These limits are displayed within each game interface before you place a bet. Velvet apps reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Velvet apps offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳5,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Velvet apps reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an active promotion with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, velvet apps' total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may close your velvet apps account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding disputes.

Velvet apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reason to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, where we are required to do so by law, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

13. Changes to These Terms
